Project Accountant

I am currently recruiting for an independent media business. Over the last five years they have doubled in size both organically and through acquisition. They have recently made four acquisitions talking their turnover to around £150 million with operations globally. I am looking to hire a senior contractor for them for an initial six months to support them through this period of change. You will be working closely with the Group Finance Director on a number of projects.

• Supporting on finalising the due diligence for the fund raise
• Acquisition integration
• Supporting the Finance Director of one of the growing entities
• Improve the financial model for the global budget and lead on the forecasting
• Cash flow management across the group
