Job Details

My client requires a hands on Finance Manager to join their business for three to six months based in Sheffield. The role requires someone on site 5 days a week.

Client Details

An SME manufacturing business based in Sheffield.


  • Monthly management accounts
  • Maintain daily cash flow reporting on current cash po regularly
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Budgeting and re-forecasting
  • Perform ledger reconciliations
  • Submit month end invoice discounting reconciliations liaising with the bank
  • Month end reconciliations including inter-company and inter-site transaction reconciliations
  • Review monthly supplier payment runs and maintain international trade loan facility
  • Report on monthly sales figures
  • Review monthly payroll
  • Management of a small team
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks.

Please note this role requires someone on site 5 days a week.


  • Qualified Accountant or Qualified by Experience
  • Previously operated in a SME environment
  • Have extensive cash management experience
  • Prior experience of managing a small team.

Job Offer

  • £200-£300p/d depending on experience (inside IR35)
  • 3-6 month assignment
  • Start date within the next two weeks if not straight away.
