Permanent full time Accounts Assistant vacancy working 5 days per week in the office
8.30am-4.30pm (no flexibility on this)

Description
- Bank Reconciliations (experience essential)
- Posting of Purchase Ledger Invoices on Sage 50 (essential)
- Reconciliation of Supplier Statements (essential)
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations (desirable)
- Checking of Daily banking & Reconciling Petty Cash Differences (desirable)
- Processing of Petty cash Expenses (desirable)
Profile
The successful candidate will be local, able to start quickly, happy with the working hours, with experience in the following:
- Bank Reconciliations (experience essential)
- Posting of Purchase Ledger Invoices (essential)
- Reconciliation of Supplier Statements (essential)
- Sage line 50 (desirable)
- Balance sheet reconciliations (desirable)
