I am working with a business based in Swadlincote that are looking to hire a Finance Graduate or someone currently studying AAT.
The business are a logistics, manufacturing and e-commerce business, based in Swadlincote.
They are looking for a Finance Assistant / Accounts Assistant to join their team - no prior experience is required.
Based 100% in the office, you must be happy to travel to Swadlincote on a daily basis. Please do not apply if you are not able to commute here.
Description
- Daily inputting of the Sales invoices
- Raising of customer invoices within the operations systems
- Issuing customer statement
- Issuing copy invoices to customers
- Requesting customer purchase orders
- Ensuring customer invoicing is sent to the correct entity
- Actualising purchase invoices
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Providing administrative support to the finance team
Profile
- Studying AAT
- Finance Graduate
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ambitious and ready to learn
- Happy to work in the office, based in Swadlincote, 5 days per week
