FP&A Analyst - Property - £55,000 + 25% bonus + 15% pension

Your new company
Working for one of the largest property development and investment companies in the UK which is FTSE-100. The company has a number of exciting new developments, and the size of the company allows more exposure to the CEO and CFO.

Your new role
You will report to the Senior FP&A Analyst with key responsibilities including:

• Performing scenario analysis
• Forecasting and monitoring
• Working on special ad-hoc projects
• Support preparing finance papers

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a recently ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with experience working in a FP&A or business partnering role. You will have strong modelling and analytical skills and excellent Excel skills. Should have an in depth understanding of financial returns and drivers.
