The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for the full accounts payable cycle from coding through payment ensuring accurate and timely processing. Prior experience and strong knowledge in accounts payable workflow prioritization and processes is needed for this rolel

Job Details

• Execute full-cyle Accounts Payable - code, organize, reconcile vendor invoices, and research and correct discrepancies, file electronic invoices, etc.
• Process weekly checks, wires, credit card, and ACH payments.
• Maintain company credit card program including auditing expenses and perform both monthly and weekly reconciliations.
• Maintain vendor 1099's as required by IRS guidelines and assist the Accounts Payable and Trust Manager in preparing year end reports.
• Maintain vendor W-9 forms.
• Support the month end close
