Your responsibilities include the day-to-day accounting operation activities.

You will play an important role, such as:

Daily task to check, review, discuss and report sales in form of packages sales, receipt sales, treatment sales and refund issuance according to account receivable movement. Resolve any record variance of the receivable transaction history.

To prepare and comment on weekly and monthly account receivable reports for discussion in order to have improvement of internal control.

To close sales account monthly and calculate sales commission.

To perform monthly sales accounts audit for the operating system for accurate collection and treatment service.

Reconciliation of account payable and preparing payment for payable and claim.

Closing account and preparing financial report monthly.

To maintain up-to-date Bank and Cash accounts and reconciliation.

Preparing yearly account audit and liaise with various external parties such as Auditor, Tax Agents, Authorities and Bankers.

Preparing and submission of Withholding Tax (WHT) or any related matter to the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) of Malaysia.

Liaise, perform and report your duties and responsibilities to your superior and subordinate to maximize department performance.

To maintain data migration from all operation system into accounting system promptly.

Prepare necessary financial reports required by the management.

Assist in other ad-hoc tasks when required by the Management or superior.
