Head of Finance job in Manchester, hands on operational leadership for this e-commerce business.

Your new company
This e-commerce business is still in the scale up phase, and with a diversified product offering have recently started to scale again after a period of consolidation. With this additional support, the business is looking to continue their expansion plans alongside increasing efficiency and profitability by leveraging off the new operational and supply chain infrastructure of the new owners.

Your new role
Working closely with the CEO, you'll take control of a small and competent finance team that will require commercial leadership through the next phase of their growth. Working with the finance team, your role will really be a broad one across FP&A, operational reporting and supporting a variety of colleagues across marketing, sales and procurement.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a sound technical accounting knowledge from completing your ACA, ACCA or CIMA accounting qualification. Ideally experience of working in a small to medium sized business to comprehend the full reporting process as well as demonstrating your exposure to various businesses in the FMCG, retail, ecommerce sector. Importantly you will act with natural leadership qualities and show your ability to work with senior stakeholders and non-finance colleagues to lead on all finance matters.
