Purchase Ledger Clerk | Permanent | Normanton | £20,000 - £23,000
Client:
Castlefield Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation that are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their friendly team during a period of expansion.
Duties:
- Full maintenance of the purchase ledger
- Process supplier payments and customer receipts
- Matching, batching and coding a high volume of invoices
- Creating and verifying new supplier accounts
- Raising sales invoices
- Credit control
- Bank reconciliations
- Dealing with queries (internally and externally) - phone and email
- Supplier reconciliations (using Excel)
- Ad-hoc duties to assist the Finance team
You will have:
- Experience in a transactional finance role
- Strong MS Excel capabilities
- Based a commutable distance from Normanton
