Job Details for the Accounts Receivable Team Lead :
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
  • Pay Rate: $25.90
  • Contract-to-Hire role!


Job Responsibilities & Description for the Accounts Receivable Team Lead :
  • Performs all job responsibilities of a Collection Representative, including collection calls to patient families and third party insurers, pay or relations, and financial management of accounts receivable.
  • Reviews, evaluates and resolves claim denials as an Accounts Receivable Team Lead.
  • Assists in training of team members on new and existing processes.
  • Resolves outstanding accounts receivables.

Job Requirements for the Accounts Receivable Team Lead :
  • Must be Vaccinated.
  • High School Diploma is required
  • Five (5) years health care and/or insurance claims processing experience.
  • Previous experience with hospital information systems.
  • Experience with EPIC is required.
