Financial Additions has a great contract-to-hire REMOTE Accounts Payable position in downtown Dallas (contractor must live in Dallas metroplex to be considered). Contractor is required to attend 2 weeks of on-site training prior to working fully remote. Company is looking for applicants with a stable job history and interest in growing within the department.

Responsibilities include:

• Process PO and Non-PO invoices including such line items as discount paybacks, voucher corrections, urgency payments, etc.
• Perform in-depth research to identify root cause of any reoccurring issues, and escalate to AP Supervisor for next-step resolution
• Reconcile vendors' accounts on a Monthly or Quarterly basis, as requested by Management
• Provide quality statement reconciliations that include basic research and overall account summaries, and monitor the progression of aged account balance

Qualifications include:

• 2+ years in Accounts Payable role
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills; V-lookups and Pivot tables are a must
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and other basic math skills?
• Strong communicator - both written an verbal
• Highly organized and comfortable in a fast-paced office environment
• High School degree requires, some college a plus
