We are currently seeking an Accounting Clerk for a company located in Irvine. Position is temp to hire and will be working onsite. Great opportunity for an up and coming Accounting Clerk eager to learn and grow.

Pay $23-25 per hour

Responsibilities for the Accounting Clerk:
  • Will be responsible for processing vendor invoices and calculating shipping cost
  • Handle vendor management and research discrepancies
  • Assist with other accounting operation functions
Requirements for the Accounting Clerk:
  • 1+ years of hands on accounting experience
  • Experience with QuickBooks a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
