• Responsible for day to day credit and collection operational tasks
• Ensure all Collection activities are recorded & documented correctly and in a timely manner
• Prepare documentation for bank purpose ( letter of credit, bank guarantee)
• Interact with sales, customer service and customers for accounts evaluation and collection
• Reconcile accounts with customers and resolve collection issues
• Analyze and reports on credit memo and write-off activities
• Conduct customer reviews and interpretation of customer's financial status for proper evaluation of risk and the establishment of credit limit
• Monitor and highlight credit concerns to team leader
• Provide account receivable related supports to internal and external customers
• Any other relevant tasks to be assigned from time to time
