Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be part of a team under the leadership of an award winning CFO. Work on a hybrid mode with your office based in Faber Towers, Taman Desa.

The ROLE:

• As a Senior Accounts Executive, you must ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly closing/quarterly/annual financial and management reporting in compliance with the applicable governing standards and regulations and group reporting requirements
• You will prepare closing monthly schedules and reconciliation on a timely basis
• You will review billing to customers and monitor billing status and receivables ageing
• Process all vendor invoices and prepare online payments on timely basis
• Monitor inter-company transactions and balances
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of SST, withholding tax, tax estimate and annual tax filing
• Cash position monitoring, forecast and estimates
• Provide data for Group consolidation and preparation of Statutory Accounts in accordance with applicable approved accounting standards
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax consultant, bankers and company secretary for submission of statutory reporting requirements
• Assist the Manager in budget preparation, cash flow forecast and quarterly estimate exercise
• Supervise the Accounts Executive on their daily tasks
