About the Opportunity

Kelly Tillage is looking to appoint a Financial Accountant reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This new role is responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of financial information for decision making.

The Financial Accountant will lead continual development and improvement of the Kelly finance policies and procedures, while also working closely with personnel from Production, Supply Chain, Marketing, Procurement and Administration to provide financial support.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

• The month end close process;
• Delivery of monthly management reports and variance analysis;
• Cashflow monitoring;
• Balance Sheet reconciliations;
• CAPEX and R&D reporting;
• Assist with the annual budget process;
• Preparation of Annual Financial Statements;
• Review BAS and VAT returns

The role will require regular travel between the Adelaide and Booleroo Centre offices.

Requirements

About You

An astute accountant, you will possess the following skills, experiences and qualifications:

• Degree in Commerce or Accounting
• Completed or near completion CPA or CA
• 3+ years experience in accounting or similar
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP packages
• Experience with excel and modelling
• Interest in the agricultural sector
