Summary

As an Intermediate Accountant at this practice, you will gain an awesome amount of exposure to tasks and responsibilities which typically would be handled by a senior accountant as the firm believes it is important for the growth and development of their staff. You'll work alongside a well-established team with a flatline structure, meaning you'll learn from the partners but also have the ability to work alongside the talented management team which you'll directly report into. You will assist the manager in helping them prepare reports, statements and any client-related tasks while also gaining valuable exposure to other areas of your client's business alongside the senior accountants.

Remuneration & Incentives

On offer is a negotiable salary range between $60,000 - $70,000 wholly based on experience however the business offers regular salary reviews which means you likely won't be on the same salary where you started within 12 months. Candidate

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 2 years of public practice experience working within business advisory. The firm are very big on finding the right people for their business, therefore, they really do look for people who have a genuine appetite for both personal and professional development, People who love dealing with people and Accountants that have a true desire to establish themselves as Advisors, not just ‘Bean Counters'. Each Accountant in their business are hands-on in their approach and have excellent communication skills so someone who shares this approach and who has terrific communication skills, coupled with intermediate accounting skills will be highly sought after.
