Group Financial Controller

Group Financial Controller | Swindon - Hybrid Working | Up to £80,000/annum


Your new role
You'll be joining a nationally recognised brand based out of their fantastic Swindon based Head Office as Group Financial Controller reporting to the CFO.

As GFC, you'll be leading the established, friendly finance team and overseeing financial reporting, statutory accounting, board reporting, treasury, balance sheet control, cash forecasting as well as ad hoc project work.

This is an exciting, hands-on position that will be supported by 2 qualified direct reports and will also see you spearhead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and working closely with operational / IT teams across the business.


What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/Equiv) with post-qualification experience in a similar finance leadership position and a strong technical background and hands-on attitude. Experience with MS Dynamics 365 or ERP implementation is highly desirable.

Please note that there is an expectation for this role to be based in the office 60% of the time (flexible working is promoted). The Head Office has plenty of free parking and is situated close to main transport links in Swindon, and is easily commutable from Swindon, Cirencester, Newbury, Reading, Devizes, Chippenham, Bath, Bristol, and Malmesbury.
