Job Details
To process Payroll ensuring compliance with company policy and such legislation as may currently be in force. To work in co-operation with the Finance Team to provide an efficient and effective service within Finance and to the wider organisation.

This client is a not for profit organisation/charity helping to support people across Wales and England.
Description
- Processing of monthly, main and relief payrolls through Sage 50 Payroll software
- Processing staff travel claims
- Processing SMP, SSP and SAP etc.
- RTI Submission to HMRC and preparation of payment schedule for authorisation
- Prepare monthly journals to transfer payroll figures into the accounting system
- Reconciliation of payroll to management accounts
- Prepare monthly payroll balance sheet reconciliations and investigate any variances
- Complete Month end processes including processing cost apportionments for mobile phones, training and other staff costs
- Processing of any required journal adjustments
- Work with the section to ensure the efficient running of the organisation's day to day finances
Profile
- Minimum of 2 year experience in Payroll
- Experience using different systems including Sage
- Hybrid working available
