This is a 12 month FTC, the client is looking for someone who has knowledge of WEFO system.

Description

  • Conduct regular one-to-one review meetings, including half-year appraisals to support development, monitor performance against strategic objectives and key performance indicators. Implement the company HR policies, processes and practices to support the health and safety, and wellbeing of the team and that they are adhered to.
  • Work in a collaborative management style and foster close working relations between all consortium employees.
  • Support the Operations Director and Head of Accelerate in the strategic leadership of the Programme across the Partner network.
  • Work with the LSHW Financial Controller to ensure programme budget and expenditure is appropriately managed and accounted.
  • Support the Head of Accelerate in the preparation and execution of the biannual Accelerate Governance Board (AGB) meeting. Deputising when required.

Profile

  • Working within EU funded projects and have a sound understanding of WEFO/EU terminology and processes with regards to finance, outputs, State Aid compliance and auditing.
  • Familiarity with ERDF online claims processes and software tools including Xero
  • Developing and maintaining complex processes, recording and filing systems; advising and instructing third parties to secure a consistent approach in delivery.
  • Deliver accurate, high quality work and reports to deadlines and to required standards
