Elevate is currently looking for a EU Payroll Specialist to join our Elevates US team. As a EU payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in managing payroll, benefits and compliance for the EU region (UK, Poland, France, Netherlands, Switzerland). You will collaborate with our external payroll partners and the internal finance team to ensure smooth payroll processing. You will also lead our efforts in figuring out compliance requirements as we expand into more territories in the EU Region.

Specifically, you will
  • Manage payroll, benefits and compliance for the EU region.
  • Collaborate closely with our external payroll providers and the internal finance team to ensure smooth functioning of payroll.
  • Figure out compliance requirements as we expand into more territories in the EU Region.
  • Provide comprehensive solutions to all payroll-related queries from our EU Associates.
  • Establish and improve process related to payroll processing.
Experience
  • Minimum 4 years payroll management experience in most of the EU region mentioned in the overview.
  • Previous experience working with compliance rules and regulations.
  • Superb communication and client service skills.
  • Detailed understanding of the use of technology to support surveillance.
  • Familiarity with corporate environments especially within financial services.

Technical Skills
  • Any EU payroll and benefits service provider.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Beneficial but not essential: some experience with cloud-based ERP (enterprise resource planning) applications.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree required. MBA beneficial.
