Accounts Payable Manager / Eastbourne / Accountancy

Client Details

A well established organisation seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Manager on an hourly temp basis.

Description

As a full-time Accounts Payable Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Daily, weekly and monthly cash management, forecast and bank reconciliation for the majority of Group entities
  • Completion of some balance sheet reconciliations for Group entities as directed by and agreed with line management.
  • Prepare Quarterly VAT returns and submission for relevant entities
  • Manage monthly/quarterly US, UK and Group AP payment process including Royalties
  • Preparation of relevant annual audit schedules and analysis for the Group as per auditor

Profile

To be successful for this role you must:

  • Be able to do full-time hours
  • Be able to demonstrate good financial system knowledge, specifically Net Suite
  • Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Excel and Word
