Accounts Payable Book Keeper

Our client is a well known service organization with several locations across the country. They have a large Accounting Team and are currently seeking ​an AP Bookkeeper due to an internal promotion. This is a fast paced, yet fun and modern working environment. This AP Bookkeeper works closely with two other associates and reports into the Controller. This is a critical role for the company.

Responsibilities:

• Input and process AP invoices into the system
• Code AP invoices
• The AP Bookkeeper will reconcile vendor statements
• Answer vendor inquiries
• Reconcile bank statements
• The AP Bookkeeper will assist with the month end close
• Provide backup to A/R

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Strong AP experience in a fast paced environment
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
