Green Key Resources in Rockville, MD is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist. This is a direct-hire position with a commercial real estate firm located in Bethesda, MD. This position will be 100% onsite and includes the following duties:

· Enters all vendor invoices

· Responds to all vendor inquiries

· Reconciles vendor statements

· Matches checks with invoices

· Interfaces with other departments on accounts payable issues.

· Files invoices and other documentation as required

· Assists with annual audit as needed

· Participates in special projects

Job Requirements:

· At least 1 year of experience in processing Accounts Payable (3 years preferred)

· Experience with accounting software

· Proficient in MS Office

· Must be well-organized and excellent attention to detail

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Completed college education with an Associate Degree or higher
