We are seeking an Accounting Assistant for a company located in Costa Meas. This is a temp to hire position and will be working onsite.

Pay is $22-24 per hour

Responsibilities for the Accounting Assistant:

• Will be responsible for process AP invoices (100+ per month)
• Coding invoices into system, vendor management and check runs
• Post customer payments
• Help support payroll as needed

Requirements for the Accounting Assistant:

• 1+ years of hands on AP processing experience
• QuickBooks experience is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to details
• Strong data entry skills
