• Prepare and adjust journal entries, vendor status reports, cash requirements lists, purchase journals, vendor

invoice vouchers, 1099 forms for applicable vendors, subcontract status reports

• Calculate and record accounts payable accruals

• Reconcile accounts payable per the accounts payable system to the general ledger

• Review invoices for accuracy

• Maintain log of preliminary notices filed by material suppliers

• Data entry of vendor invoices

• Respond to inquiries regarding vendor invoices and materials and equipment job cost charges

• Calculate and record current retention subcontracts payable accruals

• Issue checks

• Assist with audit
