Uploading historical rate tariffs into Tariff Shark software, General Ledger account reconciliaton, creating and processing Advice Letter packets to send to the state utility commission (CPUC), pulling Invoices from SAP, performing customer bill testing, department timesheet coordination, creating or updating Excel files with SAP data.

Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel, Word, PowerPoint), knowledge of VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Find/Replace. General accounting experience is desired, SAP (or other ERP) experience is a plus.
