The Senior Financial Analyst will bring a combination of analytical ability and critical thought to several financial areas, driving business objectives and maintaining a thorough and rigorous system of analysis to support the finance department's goals and objectives. As a member of this team, the position will have exposure to all aspects of naviHealth's business model and be immersed in the rapidly growing value-based care vertical of the healthcare industry.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Prepare insightful monthly financial and business performance reporting for senior management, executive leadership, and external parties
  • Create detailed operational and financial forecast and budget models that inform near-term and long-term business initiatives
  • Work closely with senior leadership to build and develop core financial analysis to drive decisions throughout the organization
  • Analyze budget variances in revenue, expense, and KPIs to help drive optimal performance
  • Initiate and execute proactive ad-hoc financial analyses that aide in strategic discussions
  • Work closely with finance leadership to deliver accurate, informative and impactful analyses to the organization

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 2+ years of work experience in finance or a related field
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills and ability to synthesize and present complex information
  • Financial modeling skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
