Your Profile
To be successful in this role you will have a proven Collections background within a high-volume environment and preferably within the healthcare/aged care sector.
You will have excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to work effectively with both patients and internal team members.
You will need also to be systems savvy and be able to pick up new and complex systems quickly.

- Collections from external sources, including related Health funds
- Client query resolution
- Organisation and agreement of repayment plans
- Allocations of monies received
- Reconciliations
- Month-end and management reporting
