The Company
Robert Half is currently recruiting a qualified (CPA/CA/CIMA) Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner to take ownership of the financial accounting and analysis of one of our client's high-profile divisions.
Initially a 6 month position, this is likely to be an ongoing role and will enable to gain experience within the highly sought after healthcare industry.
The Role
Working within a professional and dedicated finance team and having a close relationship with non-finance Stakeholders your duties will include:
Your Profile
To be successful in this role you will have worked within a large organisation partnering operational teams to deliver meaningful and insightful financial reports.
Take ownership and contribute to the development of the organisation's financial reports forecasting and budgeting , cost analysis and have the ability to provide guidance to non-finance Stakeholders.
You will have strong communication skills and ability to develop relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
You will have excellent attention to detail, be able to meet tight deadlines and have a proven background with complex budgeting systems. Additionally, you will also be required to have an advanced knowledge of Excel.

- Financial Modelling
- Accurate and timely production of monthly, quarterly and year-end accounts
- Complex general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparation of monthly management reports
- Detailed forecasting (including cash)
- Costing
- Budgeting
- Monthly variance analysis
- Meeting with Key Stakeholders
- Assist with Board reporting
- Departmental queries
