Description

The successful Sales Analyst - Hybrid Working will be responsible for the following:

Business Analysis for the region (50%)

• Analyse sales field team activity and results.
• Identify improvement opportunities and potential support to be delivered.
• Generate reports and value-adding insights on sales performance to support management decisions.
• Key point of contact in responding to commission-related queries after month results.

Data analytics and Datawarehouse maintenance (40%)

• Maintain and develop Sales Performance cube (SSIS).
• Ensure data consistency and reliability across our different information systems.

Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required. (10%)

Profile

The successful Sales Analyst - Hybrid Working will be possess the following:

• Problem structuring, strategic problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiar with data models, understanding of ETLs and SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services) and intermediate Excel Skills.
• Experience with Power BI is desirable but NOT essential.
• Accuracy and attention to detail and ability to question data.
• Strong business sense, understanding the business impact of KPIs.
• Organised, flexible and customer-oriented person who can work towards deadlines in an often highly pressured environment.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with multitude of people within the business.
