Accountant Bookkeeper, AAT, Accounts new opportunity to join an established thriving friendly multi office practice based near Southport. This is an exciting opportunity working with a wide range of clients joining the accounts team you will benefit from working with an interesting mix of industries and businesses. Following a period of growth, they are now looking to appoint an experienced person preferably with experience of working with an accountants practice to join their successful team. As an accounts professional with this firm, you will be working with a range of limited companies, sole traders and partnerships from industries such as agriculture, services and manufacturing to name but a few. You will be preparing accounts, VAT etc. The opportunity to further your accounts experience with some accounts preparation training.

This could be a good opportunity if you have previously worked within a Practice for at least a year in recent times. You could be studying or qualified by experience and be able to prepare accounts with minimal assistance. Working in supporting the timely completion of client accounts you will benefit from the support of a friendly, expert team. Study for accountancy exams can be discussed on a case by case basis. Ideally you will have experience working within general practice with good all round experience in Accounts knowledge, some exposure to tax would be useful and be AAT qualified or part qualified able to drive with transport.

A keen interest in accounting with the ability to communicate at all levels with good IT skills and be able to demonstrate good team working, motivation and organising skills.
