WTS 2020 are looking for Bookkeeper and Accounts Assistant to join us for our fast growing business presence in the U.K. and European market. We are the UK Branch of Hongkong Stock Exchange listed company with over 30 years history in manufacturing industries, real estate and healthcare sectors, etc, .This is a truly exciting time to be part of our team with variety of culture and lots of fun.
Your Responsibilities include
Managing the invoice/expense inflowManagement of group reporting pack for the finance teamProcessing staff expenses and reconciling to the underlying receiptsEnsure allocations of payments and receipts working with the necessary people to correct any errorsReview of weekly payment run for authorizationPrepare monthly budget controlWeekly bank reconciliation of bank accountsSupport with year end and audit processes
Requirements for youA minimum of 2-3 years experience in a comparable roleAn accounting technician qualification or similar would be an advantageAbility to deliver service that meets or exceeds vendors expectationsGood with time management and have a good attention to detailStrong computer skills, including proficiency in ExcelExcellent communication skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision under rigid time constraintsPossess a high degree of initiative, self-motivation, commitment, and resourcefulnessAlso we expect you haveStrong inter-personal, communication and influencing skills and ability to build strong stakeholder relationshipsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently with minimal supervision under rigid time constraintsPossess a high degree of initiative, self-motivation, commitment, and resourcefulnessGood command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
