Leading a team of 3, you will provide financial and administrative support to the Regional Commercial Controller and Head of Operational Finance for the Distribution Centre. You will assist in the lead of delivering timely and value added services whilst meeting deadlines with accuracy.

Assistant Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Reviews Site purchasing, i.e. raising
• Receipting Purchase Orders to correct P&L Codes
• Review product ordering and allocation.
• Manage team performance and absence
• Manage and authorise the collation of Payroll hours and Agency hours
• Identify areas of continuous improvement
• Identify cost saving opportunities
• Provide absence cover for the Regional Commercial Controller
• Undertake financial analysis and projects as required
• Ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to
• Owning and completing weekly and monthly financial reports

Assistant Finance Manager Requirements:

Essential

• Experience of managing people
• Experience in a finance based role
• IT literate Microsoft/Google

Desirable

• AAT Part qualified
