Reporting to- operational Reporting to (SAFAL) Shakti Agritech Farming & Livelihood About US: Shakti Agritech Research & Development (SAFAL), a development Organisation working since 1980 for promotion of sustainable livelihoods. It's headquartered at Bhopal Madhya Pradesh and works with more than 60,000 rural households in 3 states covering 75 districts and 715 villages.
SAFAL was promoted by development professionals with a sole aim to work on Natural Resource Management and enhance farm-based income.
SAFAL went through rigorous selection process of SFAC and was successful in earning trust of SFAC for promotion of FPOs. SFAC allocated work for promotion and nurturing of 50 FPOs in 50 blocks of three states namely: MP and UP. We are Cluster based business organization (CBBOs) for promotion and development of FPOs, under the central sector scheme of 1000 FPOs promotion. Formation of producer groups and hence federating them in a producer company has been introduced as a key strategy for collective marketing of the produce. Under the project Farmer Producer Companies (FPC) have been constituted at Block/ District level with an aim to promote collective inputs procurement to benefit producers associated.

• Managing budgets

• Undertaking financial audits

• Providing financial advice

• Liaising with clients, individuals, and businesses

• Analysing risk

• Advising on tax planning

• Maintaining accounting records and preparing accounts information

• Counselling clients on areas of financial improvement

• Managing junior colleagues

• Liaising with auditors (internal or external)

• Producing reports and recommendations following the audits

• Preparing financial statements and monthly and annual accounts

• Negotiating terms with suppliers

• Invoicing

• Conducting tax plaining and tax oversight for special project

• Preparation income tax return

• Providing accurate reports on a company's finances to government agencies.

• Reviewing tax forms and make recommendations for adjustment if necessary.

• Resolving any tax relate issues for the business or client.

• Maintaining strong professional relationship with businesses and clients for continued services.

• Expert handling for quick books and other relevant accounting software.

• Knowledge of local and federal tax lows and regulations.

• Problem solving and analytical thinking skill.

• Written and verbal communication skils

• Meticulous and detail oriented.

• Excellent numeracy and mathematical knowledge.
