Responsibilities:

Planning, Forecasting, Budgeting, Management Reporting, Variance Analysis, Profitability and Cost Analysis, Business Presentations, Quarterly Reporting, Performance dashboards and working closely with leadership team in helping them achieve the business goals.

• Planning & Forecasting: Preparation of detailed forecasts and budgets
• Develop and monitor overall financial strategy and annual operating plan. Be a Finance Partner to the business teams enabling them to take informed decisions
• Generate reliable flash reports, MIS and performance dashboards for Senior Management
• Create insightful analytics that help identify trends, highlight areas of inconsistencies, and provide performance patterns
• Track Actual vs budgets and prior periods along with rolling forecast, variance analysis and key drivers
• Closely monitor annual operating plan to align with the current business environment
• Present insightful evaluation of monthly results with major focus on revenue trend and margin analysis.
• Revenue Assurance: Includes revenue recognition and comparison with the Budget targets on monthly basis. Ensuring revenue recognition accuracy for fixed price, T&M, SLA projects. Ensuring proactive alert to business on revenue shortfall/risks and mitigation requirement.
• Profitability Improvement plans- To provide analysis to business on improving the profitability of the business.
• Adhoc business analysis requirements: to support business heads on various adhoc analysis requirements - revenue analytics for specific customer, project profitability, any specific analysis as required
