CCG Systems is an ICT sector and is well known to specialize in the implementation and support of ERP systems as well as Payroll & HR Systems to which our clients are made of mostly Municipalities throughout South Africa.
Our company is looking for a creative and autonomous individual to join our HR team to be based at our Head Office in Waterfall, Midrand.
The HR Practitioner's responsibilities will include, but not limit to:

* Assist in implementation of HR policies
* Maintain HRIS
* Compile HR reports
* Day-to-day HR transactional matters and employee relations
* Payroll input assistance
* Recruitment, on-boarding and induction
* Training and development
* Performance management
* Employee Wellness

* Bachelors Degree in Human Resources/ Organizational Psychology
* 1 - 2 years working experience in an HR field
* Solid knowledge of current legislations governing employment
* Valid Driver's License and preferably own vehicle
* South African citizen
