The Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our friendly Finance team to effectively support the DCA Business Units.
As someone who thrives on working with details in a finance environment, you will be responsible for:
* Accounts Payable Full Function, this includes producing purchase orders, invoice coding to GL, invoice entry in accounting system, getting appropriate authorization, supplier queries and processing payments.
* Accounts Payable balance sheet reconciliations
* General Ledger Maintenance
* Process company credit card transactions
* Travel expense reconciliations
* Administration of Cab charges & Uber
* Timesheet administration/maintenance
* Assist with other accounts tasks as necessary
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Experience in Accounts Payable
* Undergraduate degree in accounting(preferred)
* Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
* Strong Numerical/Reconciliation knowledge
* Productive work ethic, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
* Outstanding attention to detail, organisation and time-management abilities.
