Job Description

  • Manages the district office administration, controls and monitors finances and administration functions, and supervises subordinate personnel.

  • Develops and implements effective financial and business management procedures for the East Kimberley district.

  • Manages and implements allocated projects including business planning.

Selection Criteria

Applicants should address the following three (3) criteria. These should be addressed in no more than three (3) pages in total.

  • Considerable experience at a supervisory level in administrative and financial management, budget and business plan preparation and monitoring; including the management of external funds.

  • Experience in office and records management and demonstrated well developed organisational skills.

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with mainframe computers, personal computers and software packages.

  • Note: The successful applicant will be required to possess or obtain a current (issue date not older than 6 months) and satisfactory National Police Check prior to commencement.
