Your Team

Our business unit is Payments Service Utility (PSU). Our purpose is to lead the way Australian's pay and get paid today and tomorrow. You'll be part of the leadership team in the Business Analyst Chapter and will report to the BA Area Chapter Lead - PSU.

You and your team will deliver the High Value & International Payments Stream. Your focus will primarily be on the SWIFT Integration Program which is a 3 year program from current day. It involves several stakeholder groups.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Senior Technical Business Analysts and Technical Business Analysts. This will include hiring and growing the team. You'll focus on their professional development, assist in their capability uplift and team cohesion.
  
• Facilitate requirements gathering and definition between business, strategy and technology partners to underpin delivery.
  
• Support the delivery of solutions that achieve business outcomes. You will clear the way for your team to deliver.
  
• Consult with Architects, system owners and other interested stakeholders to understand affected systems, processes and constraints, to arrive at options to meet business objectives and requirements.
  
• Influence business and technology investment through interpretation and alignment of Business and Technology Strategies
  
• Provide hands on support where appropriate. Leverage appropriate techniques to lead the elicitation of requirements.
  
• Analyse and explain the feasibility of alternate solution options and the recommend the most feasible solution(s) for the business (e.g. via Concept Paper, Business Case etc.).

This role will be based at our Sydney CBD site on Harbour Street. We embrace Hybrid working and it is estimated that you will be in the office up to 3 days a week for face to face interactions with stakeholders.
