We are looking for a Finance Officer/Accounts Payable professional with a Degree in Accounting, high attention to details and excellent interpersonal skills. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have previous experience working with accounting systems and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

- Account Payable function, including resolving supplier enquiries, reviewing PO requests, generating PO, verify payment authorisations and process invoices
- Process weekly payment run and BPay payments
- Maintaining supplier ledger and reconciling statements
- Working closely with contracts team and process customer refunds
- Monitoring credit card expenses and reconcile them
- Process intercompany payments and reconcile them
- Asset Management, including updating Capex budget and asset register
- Processing monthly depreciation and journals
