Senior Account Manager
We are currently recruiting a relationship savvy and adaptable Senior Account Manager to grow and deliver key account growth covering the North East and Cumbria region.
As a Senior Account Manager you will act as an extension to our customers, providing well thought out solutions and building relationships to build trust. You will be assigned to the social housing Integrated Solutions contracts and frameworks in the designated area.

This is a remote-based role covering a specific territory across The North East and Cumbria. Meaning you could be from areas such as Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham, Darlington, Middlesbrough, Carlisle, Kendal, and surrounding areas - it is your ability to cover the region which is the most important.

Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships with clients to ensure that you exceed their expectations and represent the business positively
- Develop and implement a strategy of continuous improvement in all areas relating to assigned contracts and ensure that we meet any contractual obligations
- Facilitate and manage any new contract mobilisations and act as the key contact for the Customer, attend review meetings as required, respond to all requests, and resolve all issues that should arise.
- Identify opportunities to secure further business opportunities and sales
- Be the "go to" person in the area, attend networking events and seminars to ensure visibility of the business and you
