About the Accounts Receivable Assistant role

The Accounts Receivable Assistant will be responsible for supporting the UK & Republic of Ireland Accounts Receivable aspect of the business.

Our Accounts Receivable Assistant main duties and responsibilities will consist of but not limited to:
  • Processing of Wholesale Buyers Sales Invoices and Credit Notes, and management of the Accounts Receivable ledgers.
  • Ensuring all Wholesale Accounts Receivable information is captured accurately and processed within a timely manner.
  • Oversee debtor-management to minimise outstanding receivables, ensuring the business recoverable are paid to terms.
  • Resolution of Accounts Receivable queries from the business Wholesale customer base.
  • Assisting on Credit Control related processes.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal departments across the business for all Accounts Receivable related matters.
  • Support the Finance department with ad hoc tasks as required.

  • Strong analytical and IT skills with intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
  • Organised with a methodical approach to work.
  • A strong team play who is self-motivated with the ability to be flexible.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work to tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
