The Role and Responsibilities

• Owning, managing, and standardising all AP processes
• Overseeing the timely and accurate processing of all invoices and expenses
• Managing all payment runs along with the timely resolution of all queries
• Manage a large team, made up of both Team Leads and AP assistants, ensuring a collaborative environment within the team
• Managing change in a fast passed, transactional environment
• Embed & manage a strong Internal Control Framework
• Ensure compliance with SAR and taxation requirements
• Building strong relationships with, and becoming a trusted advisor to stakeholders

Who are we looking for?

• Proven experience managing a high performing team within AP/Expenses function.
• Proven experience of dealing with demanding stakeholders and experience delivering excellent customer service in a high volume, fast paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, confident in building effective working relationships.
• Experience in standardising and process improvement, being solutions driven
• Strong ability to effectively deal with conflict and resolve
• Experience in strategic management
