Who you are:
As a Contract Management Professional, you will ensure governance of contractual obligations of the signed contracts. Manage Forecasting of revenue & cost. Leading on all Parallel Run activities and find solutions for any differences to ensure a balanced outcome. Responsible for various Transition programs from one entity to another. Managing and executing process simplification & Automation projects to ensure the data is imported, validated and signed off prior to go-live

What you'll do:
As a CMPA you will be responsible for the below but not limited to
  • Contract Management Understanding the contract clauses, deliverables and timelines
  • Manage billing & Invoicing: Validate and raise billing request applicable for the contract.
  • Financial & AR: Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Revenue Under run & Cost over run. Coordinating for AR of the account
  • Training & Compliance: Training chart for Resources and mapping various compliance requirements related to IBM systems & also specific to the Contract
  • Staffing Onboarding/Offboarding
  • Resource Utilization report & analysis: ILC tracking and delinquency reporting


Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • 7+ years of relevant Contract Management experience
  • Experience of managing & coordinating with team outside the sphere of influence in a matrix organization set up
  • Knowledge of IBM Billing systems & tools, Revenue & cost measurement tools like IPPF etc.
  • Knowledge of IT skills including experience of working with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Proven interpersonal/communication and presentation skills
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Handled workload management skills and an ability to work to deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and balancing competing priorities

  • Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
  • Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
  • Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
