They are after experienced Payroll Professionals who have systems implementation experience, but offer comprehensive training and development to make the transition into Payroll Consultancy.

You will get to work with an exciting variety of different clients/industries, Awards/EBA's and payroll systems.

NUTS & BOLTS
  • Work on projects that have a significant impact for clients, while being supported by a team of people who are driven to deliver results
  • Play a key HR/Payroll support and advisory role to clients by providing support, guidance, and advice on the configuration and implementation of the client's chosen HR/Payroll solution
  • Proactively lead and move the new HR/Payroll system through all implementation (including configuration) phases
  • Work with clients to document and analyse their HR/Payroll processes including solution/data management and utilise these artifacts to identify requirements, gaps, risks & issues
  • Work with clients to analyse and document their HR/Payroll requirements from a People, Process, Technology and Governance perspective
  • Provide support to projects to assure quality testing of HR/Payroll systems and processes
  • Identify high-risk issues that require escalation and advise the client to seek external advice
  • Lead continuous improvement of HR/Payroll systems and processes then advise clients of any risks as they relate to HR and Payroll
  • Keep up to date with HR and Payroll legislation and compliance and provide advice on actions to clients as necessary to meet any new rules and regulations
  • Formulate strategic and practical plans to address HR/Payroll implementation matters
  • Provide status reports and generate written reports to Clients
  • Attend any role-appropriate events, as required
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by company guidelines, policies and procedures
  • Travel to other work sites, as required
