Boston Stanley has been engaged to assist with the appointment of an experienced Financial Advisor for a reputable advice firm. The role would suit an Advisor interested in providing high quality, retirement centric advice.

The Role:
  • Focusing primarily on retirees, enhance clients lives by providing quality strategic advice. Critically analyse and research potential solutions and alternatives in line with clients personal financial goals
  • A significant portion of your time initially will be invested in facilitating successful client discovery meetings. You'll enjoy helping clients to articulate their goals whilst communicating the value of good financial advice. Qualified leads and a systemised onboarding process will be provided
  • Deliver on the firm's vision for a technology enabled practice with exceptional customer service and client value at its core. Support the implementation of ‘best practice' systems and processes
About You:
  • You act with integrity and display a high level of care for both client and colleagues alike
  • You're an exceptional communicator with an innate ability to translate complex themes into easily to digestible content
  • You have a demonstrated track record of excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
  • Your qualifications align with future FASEA requirements
  • You have significant exposure to retirement planning
  • You have an innate ability to build relationships and develop rapport with a broad stakeholder cohort
  • You have a clear understanding of industry legislative & compliance requirements
