A bit about the role...
Based within our Operations Centre, you will play a crucial role in improving our operational delivery through managing one of our key processes, driving improvements and efficiencies. Upon gathering an in-depth knowledge of our business, both operationally and commercially, you will be accountable for developing future proof processes, which focus on minimising inefficiencies and losses and improving data quality for our field operations.
Youll use your key relationships and influencing skills to work with both internal and external stakeholders, at all levels, to enable growth through continuous improvement, commercial agreements and internal operating models. Youll focus on overall data quality that helps our people achieve successful outcomes.

Key

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of quality assurance representatives, who work across multiple Digital Channels. Setting key objectives and success measures, to provide key data analysis and KPI reporting on performance metrics. Using this to identify trends and areas of improvement
  • Define, build and implement the roadmap of change and improvements, articulating both operational and financial benefits throughout
  • Responsible for developing, enhancing and improving processes, systems and commercial agreements: identifying challenges, assessing new ways of working and redesigning processes to improve efficiencies
  • Utilise and develop data analysis to provide key insight into performance, and utilise the insight as an enabler for change and growth
  • Provide key updates and reporting to stakeholders, including the Executive Board.
  • Work proactively to identify opportunities to improve performance and outcomes
  • Collaborate with operational teams, commercial and financial teams, to deliver and embed ways of working and improvements, which are efficient & effective and within our governance framework
  • Work with external stakeholders to resolve queries, provide reporting and be a key stakeholder in commercial negotiations.
  • Be a change leader across the business, driving awareness & understanding
  • Internally, identify synergies with other products and processes which can drive positive change, and outcomes for the business and its people.
What you will bring to the role
  • A solid track record of leading and delivering improvements, efficiencies within a fast paced organisation
  • Experience of continuous improvement methodologies and utilising these for excellent results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and comfortable working in a data focused environment
  • Analytical and ability to understand and present financial information
  • Advanced Excel skills
