AJ Chambers are working with one of the UK's leading regional top 40 firms, on their search for an Audit and Accounts Semi Senior to join their highly successful team in Peterborough.
If you would like to work within a highly reputable firm who take pride in helping one another succeed, and place their staffs training and development at the forefront, this could be the perfect next step for you.
What will you be doing?
• Assisting senior staff with audits, planning, field work and stock takes
• Preparation and submission of statutory accounts
• Preparation and submission of corporate and personal tax returns
• Dealing with client queries on site, calls and emails
• Training and mentoring junior members of staff
• Assisting clients with accounts software and other queries
What are they looking for?
• Ideally ACA/ACCA Part-Qualified
• Good technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards including FRS 102
• Experience with a variety of software's, preferably Xero and QuickBooks
• Hungry for progression and development, the firm are growing so long-term career prospects are on offer for the right candidate.
