Job Details
The successful candidate will have responsibility for preparation and regular delivery of timely, accurate and complete Financial and KPI reporting to Senior management and other stakeholders. Analysing variances and tracking of risks and opportunities.
You will manage/mentor a team of 2 direct reports to ensure that the accounting and all general reporting is efficient and effective as per the business requirements.

Description
* Preparation and Distribution of Monthly Finance Packs (Full P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow) on Timely basis including responsibility for Xero Finance ledgers, all reconciliations, Fixed Assets, accruals, prepayments, journals etc)
* Preparation and distribution of scorecards of KPIs in relation to business & operational performance as well as other reporting for Management to evaluate risks and opportunities
* Support Senior management through data analysis in identifying trends/patterns in data where change will deliver business benefits
* Sales and Cost of Sales Data and Margin Analysis
* Calculation of Supplier Volume Rebates
* Management, support, and ongoing development of accounting administrative roles
Profile
- Fully Qualified ideally (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) or QBE with the relevant experience
- Previous experience in similar role using Xero accounting software preferred but not essential
- Excellent computer skills, particularly excel (Advanced level essential)
- Previous experience in costing
- Industry experience in manufacturing/retail would be beneficial
- Team Player but ability to work independently meeting necessary deadlines in fast paced environment
