We are pleased to be working with a global charity specialising in the conservation of wildlife. They have a requirement for an Assistant Finance Officer to join their busy finance team based in Cambridge.

Your new role
Reporting into the Finance Planning Manager, this role will involve liaising with Finance Business Partners based around the world and assisting in migrating financial data from Excel to their recently implemented ERP system (Unit 4) additionally, you will be preparing and processing appropriate financial transactions onto the system.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a willingness to learn, a keen eye for detail with excellent communication skills with a strong working knowledge of Excel. As this role will involve liaising with Finance Business Partners from a variety of different cultures, you need to be open minded and adaptable. Ideally you will come from a finance background but this isn't essential as on-the-job training is provided.

What you'll get in return
My client are offering £20,000 - £23,000 with 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), an excellent pension plan and the ability to work from home occasionally.
